Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Support: Provide expert day-to-day support for SAP Finance modules, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • System Enhancements: Perform system configuration and enhancements to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to implement new features and drive continuous improvements.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct engaging training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to empower end-users.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI implementation and support.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and related business processes, with a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering effective relationships.
  • Certification: SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Benefits & Wellbeing Administration:
  • Provide administrative support for benefits, wellbeing, and compensation programs (health, retirement, time off, perks, salary adjustments, promotions, retention bonuses).
