This is a permanent role with one of my financial services clients based in Galway.
Expertise Required:

5+ years in systems engineering, including experience with contact center platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or Amazon Connect.

Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methods, software development, and automation.

Knowledge of enterprise-scale architecture, ensuring high availability and business continuity.

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and VoIP/SIP technologies.

Proven ability to work independently under pressure and document processes.

Experience in 24/7 production environments.
