Responsibilities include:
Benefits & Wellbeing Administration:
- Provide administrative support for benefits, wellbeing, and compensation programs (health, retirement, time off, perks, salary adjustments, promotions, retention bonuses).
- Respond to employee, talent acquisition, and HR business partner queries, escalating where necessary.
- Enrol and terminate employees from benefits programs on a monthly basis.
- Maintain benefits portals and websites with up-to-date information.
- Manage purchase orders and vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with external vendors for service changes, renewals, and testing.
- Assist with annual and mid-year compensation reviews.
- Update compensation ranges in line with market benchmarks.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on compensation processes.
- Support system testing and rollout for compensation tools.
- Act as a key point of contact during the compensation review cycle.
- Provide analysis and insights on benefit programs and compensation trends.
- Participate in market and compensation surveys.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders on benefit changes and program updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, payroll, communications, and legal teams.
- Organize wellbeing events and benefit education sessions.
- Stay updated on legislative and market developments in applicable countries.
- Support ad hoc projects such as policy reviews, vendor evaluations, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Conduct system testing for time off and leave of absence programs in Workday.
- Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and benefits administration platforms.
- Drive process improvements and explore new technologies, including generative AI.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with good project management skills and strong analytical skills
- APAC experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in various systems including Darwin, Workday, and Microsoft Excel a plus
- Must be proactive, eager to learn, solution-focused
