- Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive real estate management experience is preferred.

- Overseeing daily facilities management functions, including operational risk management, vendor management, critical infrastructure, repairs, amenities, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
- Ensuring outsourced teams deliver quality property and facilities management services while focusing on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
- Overseeing financial stewardship, including expense reviews, budget tracking, and cost control in collaboration with finance teams.
- Developing and presenting annual and multi-year regional operating and infrastructure plans to senior leaders.
- Collaborating with other teams to align priorities, implement regional programs and projects, and maintain consistent engineering standards.
- Building partnerships with security, infrastructure, and resiliency teams to ensure contingency needs are met during disruptions.
- Supporting sustainability efforts by implementing environmentally friendly initiatives.
- Drafting and communicating action plans for building disruptions or campus projects.
