Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team and drive revenue growth in both existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. This role will involve a combination of account management, solution selling, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a sales strategy focused on selling digital twin services, with 80% of the effort allocated to service sales and 20% to software licensing.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities within target sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular account management activities.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital twin solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and agreement finalization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently driving business growth in assigned territories.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales or a related field. Relevant industries: transportation, power, utilities, manufacturing.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Experience with outbound cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
