Our client is one of the largest manufacturers in Switzerland and is looking for a support when it comes to administration and organization.
You are going to be situated in the office of Vice President and you are going to provide assistance for the following activities:
- Creation of presentations, arranging documents, writing of minutes of the meetings and report documentation;
- You will assist with the reporting activities which are coming on ad-hoc basis;
- Collaborate on internal projects;
- Have full ownership of administrative activities like travel arrangements, expense management, time management (extra hours);
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have fluent knowledge of German and English as well as proficiency with Excel, Word, and any ERP knowledge such as SAP is a nice addition.
