They are currently hiring a Solutions Sales Director (Entity Management Background) to drive new business across the region. This is a full-time, high-impact role suited for someone with deep knowledge of entity management and a strong sales mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on new business acquisition.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers in legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
- Understand client needs and position entity management solutions as strategic value-adds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to influence decision-making and shorten sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and manage pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Share feedback with internal teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience selling entity management or corporate secretarial solutions.
- Background with corporate secretarial firms or experience as a corporate secretary turned sales professional.
- Strong hunter mentality – proven track record of new business development in B2B software or services.
- Skilled in managing long sales cycles, complex decision-makers, and enterprise-level accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
