- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams, both onshore and offshore, to drive effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project milestones, address challenges, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Assess and optimize business processes for efficient offshore transition, identifying improvement/optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and manage change effectively.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to facilitate a seamless migration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, with experience in managing offshore transitions, outsourcing, or business process migration.
- Strong understanding of Banking operations
- Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
- Proficiency in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and regulatory standards.
This is a project-based contract role based in Singapore.
