Business Development Manager (Cyber Security) - Singapore

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. This role is 100% hunter-focused, requiring a proactive individual who excels in direct client engagement and has a strong local network in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, conducting numerous client visits, managing POCs/trials, closing deals, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct client-facing role, making the first contact with new clients.
  • Conduct extensive client visits and manage the POC/trial process.
  • Close deals and act as the customer success/account manager.
  • Maintain a strong local network in Singapore.
  • Focus on sectors like government, financial services, and commercial space.

Requirements

 

  • Fluent in English; basic/conversational Mandarin for internal collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of and strong connections in the Singapore market.
  • 5 to 15 years of tech sales experience, preferably with at least 3 years in Cyber Security sales in the past/last job.
  • Proven track record in a direct sales hunter role; not from a fully channel sales background.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience working in media agency and in performance marketing across Social Channels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Tagalog, Thai or other SEA Languages are good to have.
  • Experience with multiple social advertising platforms like Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, Google advertising and good to have others like Naveretc.
  • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives

The Role

Our client, a large investment company, are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to join their team in Dublin. This is a full-time, front-of-house role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office activities while providing administrative and travel coordination support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage visitor check-in, notify staff of arrivals, monitor building access, and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure rooms are prepared in advance.
