The hiring company is a Global Internet Giant, known for their cutting edge innovative advancements and extensive worldwide platforms.
They are looking for a Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to support People Team initiatives in Singapore and Australia (preferred) such as Job Board Posting, Immigration Related Management for employees, and managing hiring pipeline across different roles.
Responsibilities
1. Post job ads on government portals and other portals like MyCareersFuture.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure ads are up-to-date and compliant.
- Transfer applications from the external site to internal systems (e.g., ATS or spreadsheet).
- Ensure everything aligns with MOM or immigration requirements.
2. Candidate Pipeline Management
- Screen resumes to check for minimum qualifications.
- Update application statuses in internal systems.
- Maintain data integrity across platforms.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Compile weekly or monthly reports on job application activities.
- Support audit documentation or data extraction if required by government authorities.
- Maintain accuracy in regulatory reporting and ensure proper audit trails.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Immigration, Recruiting).
- Collaborate with external government bodies (MOM or equivalent).
- Attend planning or review sessions with the People Ops or Recruiting team.
5. Operational Improvements
- Identify and propose process improvements for recruitment compliance or efficiency.
- Support annual planning related to job postings and local talent pool strategy.
- Help optimize the internal tracking or communication flow.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a recruiting function within an MNC or large Technology/Software firm.
- Experience in recruiting operations, including reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing job applicantsExperience in process improvement and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day work
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and exercise independent judgment and discretion to make decisions and resolve problems
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advertising jobs on external job boards (e.g., MyCareersFuture) or experience with labour market testing (in Singapore and/or Australia or other APAC countries)
- Basic knowledge of legal and mobility policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities
- Experience with compliance or audit-related work
- Experience managing large volumes of applications
