Specialist in Partner Solutions, Music Label and Publishing (Japan Market)
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION INITIALLY UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2025, THAT IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION UP TO 2 YEARS OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
My Client is a Global Technology Company that works with partners in the Music, Gaming and Entertainment Space to be hosted on their platform. They are looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist for Music Publishing Partners and focus on managing relationships with music labels, handling operational support, and tracking music-related campaigns on digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing, data analytics, and social media expertise, along with fluency in both Japanese and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve issues related to rights management tools, coordinating with internal teams to assist music labels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for music labels, handling enquiries on account management, access issues, and profile updates.
- Translate and adapt materials and communications for external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage a CRM database for music industry partners and develop educational resources on new features.
- Assist in creating one-pagers and reports on trending Reels, audio usage, and campaign best practices.
- Generate reports using internal dashboards to track music label engagement and performance.
- Monitor and document the use of music-related features by artists and labels across social platforms.
- Research and summarize successful marketing campaigns run by artists and labels on other digital platforms in APAC.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital music, social media, or digital marketing (experience working with record labels is a plus).
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and internal dashboards.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their interaction with the music industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Keynote.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
