We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee and manage critical migration project with our leading Financial Services client for an initial 12 months contract. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in vendor management, senior stakeholder engagement, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure during migration, hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, and other data migration technologies, and a proven track record in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate data migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and execute migration strategies, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Provide leadership to the migration team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Understand and manage infrastructure requirements and dependencies throughout the migration process.
  • Leverage expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and other relevant technologies to ensure seamless data transitions.
  • Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
