About the Role:
We are looking for a couple of Business Analysts to join our Global Client and contribute to the successful implementation of banking systems. This role requires a strong understanding of banking operations, customer management, and system implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to validate requirements using use cases during the prototyping phase.
- Conduct activities such as interviews, workshops, document reviews, and shadowing to refine requirements.
- Plan and prepare for system implementation tasks, including Target Operating Model (TOM) development and Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation.
- Monitor user task progress, address issues and risks, and provide resolution support.
- Provide local insights and feedback to project planning efforts in coordination with the Area Project Manager (PM).
- Report regional progress, challenges, and successes to Business Analyst (BA) leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience on either:
1.Hands-on experience with package system implementation, particularly Flexcube or Duco.
2.Data Governance. Data Mapping.Experience with AI Utilitization. Hands on experience in MS
Access, Excel, Marcos and UIPath (RPA)
- Expertise in customer master data, customer report distribution, reconciliation, and related processes.
- Core Banking experience is a MUST
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Proven track record of successful project implementation, ideally in large-scale projects.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region to collaborate with Middle- and Back-Office teams.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and comprehensive documentation
