A growing company in the energy sector is actively pursuing its strategic objectives by spearheading the transformation of the energy supply. In this exciting phase of expansion, our clients are seeking a dedicated scheduler for significant DC projects based in Hanover or Würzburg.
As a DC scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of schedules for two of the most crucial infrastructure projects in Germany:
- Creation and maintenance of framework schedules or subordinate project schedules, including keeping them updated for risk analysis and scenarios.
- Collaboration with various internal departments, contractors, and external partners to ensure alignment of scheduling with project objectives, including regular coordination with other project stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, conducting deviation analyses, evaluating the impacts of changes on scheduling, and recommending appropriate countermeasures. Additionally, providing scheduling updates for regular reporting and representing scheduling matters in project meetings.
- Responsibility for the annual update of the baseline schedule and supporting upcoming project phases through design and setup workshops.
Your profile
- A university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in scheduling and project management tools. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is essential, with familiarity with TILOS considered advantageous.
- Ideally, previous experience in technical project management office or project management team leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, social, and communication skills, coupled with a structured, efficient, and independent approach to work.
- Proficiency in German, both verbal and written.
