We are searching for a Senior Incident Responder for our client in Munich.

The role is permanent with hybrid or fully remote way of working.

Your Responsibilities

• We are looking for Senior Incident Responder for our Client who wants to fortify Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRT), with a keen interest in expanding expertise in incident response and forensics.
• With extensive experience in ICT and security, particularly within the Microsoft environment, you're well-versed in handling critical ICT crises.
• After training, you'll spearhead investigations, customer communication, and coordination as an Incident Responder (Tier 3 Analyst CSIRT), emphasizing risk assessment and aiding in the restoration of compromised infrastructures.
• You'll provide support to the Cyber Defence Center (CDC) during security incident escalations and forensic investigations.
• Your role extends to the mentorship and advancement of Cyber Security Analysts within the CDC.
Your profile
• A completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent training is required.
• Extensive years of profound expertise in ICT and security.
• Comprehensive expertise specifically within the Microsoft environment.
• Proven track record of navigating through critical ICT crisis situations.
• Native German and good English knowledge (oral and written).

The role is permanent with hybrid way of working.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Providing initial and secondary level support in the area of user helpdesk.
  • Configuring IT systems and integrating third-party components with diverse interfaces.
  • Implementing user-friendly modifications in accordance with established processes.
  • Optimization and adaptation of IT systems and applications.
  • Carrying out system diagnostics as well as consequent changes and corrections.
  • Development, coordination and implementation of problem solutions using standard software, software tools and program libraries.
  • Assisting IT systems with multiple interface requirements.
  • Guidance, training and support of employees and pilot users.
  • Planning and preparing internal IT projects and assignments.

 

Your profile

  • Completion of training as an IT clerk, IT specialist, or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferred experience in providing end-user support.
  • Ideally, prior exposure to client or application management.
  • Good knowledge of English and C1 level of German language.
  • Analytical thinking and solution orientation.
  • Excellent communication abilities and aptitude for interdisciplinary collaboration.
