The Company and Role:
A reputable investment firm is seeking to hire an experienced end-user support engineer, with a primary focus on the Singapore office infrastructure and overseas locations.
Role Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge and understanding of the Windows desktop environment, coupled with the ability to work seamlessly with Traders and the Trading floor (Front Office) in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate should have exposure to front-office application support, trading applications, and trading software predominantly running on Windows.
Key Skills:
- Must have experience supporting trading floors.
- Strong knowledge of Windows software and hardware.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar industry.
- Exposure to trading/market data applications such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv.
- Understanding of TCP/IP.
- Trader Telephony.
- Experience working with Microsoft Virtualization.
