Partner Solutions Manager, Gaming Developers


Games Partnerships team is a strategic and partner-facing role who puts our gaming developers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to partner with Strategic Partner Managers to develop industry-specific relationships with existing and new partners through operational excellence. This role will act as a primary operational point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to resolve Gaming Developers inquiries and support them on an ongoing basis.

This will be an operationally intensive role working with various internal processes and systems across the company to keep our partners’ business operations running. This is a contingent role based in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally to triage operational issues and help drive resolutions for Gaming Developers
  • Manage day to day operational work and offer high-touch solutions which includes addressing games submission pipeline, policy compliance, product bugs escalation, developer contracts and registration issues.
  • Own internal operational tasks such as filing escalation reports, monitoring outcome, communicating status internally to partner managers and externally to gaming developer partners.
  • Serve as an internal advocate aligning operational needs from key gaming developers with the policy and developer platform team.
  • Being the subject matter expert within the games partnerships team on developer platform policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience on the platform's compliance through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials,

Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree or Higher
  • 3-4 years of experience in online operations, customer success, account / partner management or project management, with at least 2 years of experience working in the tech industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Good understanding of the internet and/or gaming industry.
  • Advanced skill in MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin or Vietnamese as the role requires engaging with partners in these key markets.

Account Manager
An Account Manager is focused on enabling businesses to grow by connecting them to customers across the platforms using advertising solutions.

Account Managers are directly responsible for driving revenue, building relationships and helping clients grow their business results on the platform through client-centric consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have experience in client management, ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute their sales tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, collaboration with team members and cross functional teams, a willingness to experiment and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment against tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to details.

This position is located in our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support through
(1) Acting as an expert for businesses of all sizes and complexity to educate and make tailored recommendations to suit varying client needs
(2) Discovering insights on campaign performances and coming up with solution selling ideas to improve the performance of our clients’ marketing spend

(3) Aligning clients’ KPIs with the solutions to drive incremental value
  • Manage inquiries and troubleshooting from clients
  • Organize and update internal data and sales materials
  • Assist Account Managers to create and translate sales materials
  • Coordinate logistics of external events and marketing initiatives including project management, client reach-out / follow ups, and facilitation support

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years working in advertisement, media agency or performance marketing
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk and adapting to change
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing clients
  • Comfortable with administrative and operational work.  
  • Familiar with Microsoft office (especially excel and powerpoint), Google Suite (spreadsheet and slides) applications
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
