We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Business Process Analyst (HR) for our client, a global leader in reciprocating compressor systems.

The position is permanent, and fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.

As a Business Process Analyst (HR), you will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing HR process improvements. You'll collaborate with relevant departments to ensure continuous process maintenance, review, simplification, and quality assurance. Your role involves developing and optimizing workflows in alignment with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate governance. You'll be responsible for creating and managing process documentation, training materials, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, you'll work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your duties will also include developing and executing training content for processes and ERP systems, supporting multiple concurrent business analysis projects, and upholding quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and reliability.

 

This opportunity requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, HR, or related fields, along with over 5 years of proven experience in business process analysis within the HR domain, operational leadership experience in HR is advantageous, experience in ERP implementation programs, preferably in a leading role, is desirable. Strong expertise in process documentation, standardization, globalization, and rollout across organizations is essential.

We're looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to support a project with a major client in the mass media industry. You can be based in Singapore or supporting remotely from a different location following Singapore working hours.

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP data migration processes, tools, and methodologies, particularly in relation to SAP Employee Central. This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and accurate migration of HR data within the client’s SAP landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data migration efforts for SAP Employee Central, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and define data migration strategies.
  • Design, develop, and execute data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Employee Central and related HR data structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, providing timely solutions and minimizing project risks.
  • Support end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for data migration activities.
  • Document migration processes, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices in data migration and Employee Central.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP data migration, with specific experience in SAP Employee Central.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering data migration projects in large, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR data models, Employee Central configuration, and integration points.
  • Proficiency in SAP data migration tools such as LSMW, SAP Data Services, and other ETL tools.
  • Experience in the mass media industry or a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations related to HR data preferred.
  • SAP certification in data migration or Employee Central advantageous.

 

This is a contract, project-based role.
