Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support client projects in the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and execute solutions
- Collect and document requirements while conducting analysis
- Formulate strategies for business optimization
- Document and convey information within cross-functional teams, including the technical team
- Generate extensive test scenarios aligned with requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and users
- Monitor the punctual achievement of project milestones and activities
What our client is looking for:
- Relevant BA experience
- At least 2 years of experience working on projects within the Insurance industry
- Proficient in applying a change management approach and methodology throughout the project, including preparing relevant documentation and reports
- Good communication skills
- Prior Consulting experience highly advantageous
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
