For the second consecutive year, Belgrade served as the perfect host for our annual Awards Night.
This was an opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication that drove us to deliver for both clients and candidates. Additionally, it was a great chance for colleagues from around the world to meet in person. With offices spread across six different countries, we embraced this moment to foster connections that go beyond day-to-day work, strengthening the relationships that make collaboration seamless.
The event kicked off with a drinks’ reception accessible through a red-carpet entrance which created an elegant start to the evening. With fantastic food, lively entertainment by a renowned national band, and a DJ, Nicoll Curtin teams from Switzerland, Ireland, Singapore, and the UK gathered to enjoy this truly special occasion.
A key highlight was celebrating the individuals and teams who made a remarkable impact over the past year. Their dedication, leadership, and contributions have set them apart, and we were proud to honour their achievements. Here are the 2025 Awards Night winners:

Congratulations to all our 2024 award recipients and the nominees! Your accomplishments are truly impressive, and we’re excited to see the impact you’ll continue to make in 2025.
As we celebrated these milestones, it was also the perfect time to reflect on the progress we’ve made and set our sights on the exciting goals ahead for 2025. CEO Neil Clark shared his appreciation for the commitment shown across the business, focusing on the record number of new client acquisitions, the sector-leading ESG strategy we implemented, and the great partnerships built with organisations like WITS Ireland and Positive Planet. He also noted that the 25 new joiners and 11 promotions we had in the past year reflect our effort to develop talent within the team. Neil emphasised that, with a shared vision for growth and improvement, our resilience and ability to think strategically will be the driving force behind our continued success.
It’s a great time to be part of our team!
