UKG (Kronos) Technical Architect - UKG, Kronos, UKG Pro, Dimensions, Work Force Management, Cloud

 

I am seeking a UKG Technical Architect who will be pivotal in deploying UKG solutions across multiple countries. As a UKG Technical Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading global Kronos cloud deployments and supporting the migration from Work Force Central to UKG Work Force Dimensions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployments for multiple countries (minimum of 6-7 countries).
  • Play an active role in the migration from Work Force Central to UKG Work Force Dimensions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Developers and Tech Leads within the team.

 

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in UKG Pro (formerly Dimensions).
  • At least one successful global deployment experience.
  • Prior experience with global Kronos cloud deployments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kronos WFC and WFD.
  • Extensive experience in the Work Force Management (WFM) domain.
  • Expertise in WFM processes, including pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll integrations.

 

This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £100k with flexibility for hybrid working. You will be required to do 2 days a week based in a variety of locations across the UK.
