- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant disciplines; or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in insurance broking industry
- Qualified in IIQE Paper I, II and III, preferably with CII, ANZIIF or similar professional credential
- Employee Benefits/ General Insurance/ Motor insurance experience would be an absolute advantage
- High adaptability & entrepreneurship
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
- Candidates must be local Macau resident holding Macau PR
- Immediately available is preferred
