Both Switzerland and Serbia markets are hungry for new challenges

Our Executive Director, Head Of Serbia & Deputy Head Of Switzerland, Dragana Atanasov is featured in the special CorD Magazine's special issue for Switzerland National Day.

The interview focuses on the Swiss and Serbian markets, and Nicoll Curtin's experience in operating in both countries. Dragana Atanasov also gives insight about global employment trends and how to recruit and retain the best talent in the tech sector. She says:

"Hybrid work is a standard now. Due to the huge competition, companies need to do more to retain good employees. I would say that companies that are creative, put effort into their employees’ learning and development, offer clear career progression, improved benefits and perks, and have strong cultural values – are winners. This is a long checklist, but the offer of a good salary is no longer the single main reason for someone to stay in their job."

Atanasov highlights that our team is currently getting bigger and this is thanks to the business growth as well as the great employment package we offer at Nicoll Curtin.

"This is why we, at Nicoll Curtin, have been investing in upskilling our people, making them feel both challenged and part of something bigger. We are really proud that many of our senior management personnel joined Nicoll Curtin as trainees and that 75% of our people progress from junior positions within the first six months and are able to develop their careers further, in their direction of choice."
