Candidate and client satisfaction are fundamental to our ethos. Alongside our sales support teams, our administrative, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams are dedicated to this principle. In 2023, we launched our Net Promoter Score program to evaluate the internal candidate experience from the interview stage within Nicoll Curtin.

The business model based on which we started our Belgrade office is specifically tailored for Nicoll Curtin. In sales, we support our Switzerland, Ireland, Germany and UK offices, in administration and finance we support all of our global offices.
